Pure Water is treated water from which residues, impurities, and minerals have been removed. This demineralized water is especially valued and widely used for cleaning glass surfaces. Since all limescale has been removed, the water leaves no white streaks when drying. As a result, the cleaning operator does not need to wipe, dry, or rinse the cleaned surface, saving a significant amount of time. The cleaning quality is therefore greatly improved.

Pure Water can be used on a variety of surfaces:

• Windows and glass verandas
• Solar panels
• Vehicles
• Warehouse cladding

For all these surfaces, using Pure Water ensures a streak-free clean. Thanks to this cleaning method, solar panels maintain their high efficiency and energy output. Glass surfaces also remain perfectly clean.

There Are Several Methods to Produce Pure Water

Pure Water is produced instantly from a tap water supply or by pumping from a tank. The water is then directly delivered to the brush for cleaning. This Pure Water can be obtained in two different ways:

• Via Reverse Osmosis using filtration membranes
• Via Filter Resin

Maintaining Filtration Membranes for Reverse Osmosis

Reverse osmosis is an advanced process that produces Pure Water instantly and efficiently. It is particularly useful in areas with very hard water, meaning water high in limescale. This method allows for total demineralization of the water, even when it is very calcareous.

Important: The pre-filter should be replaced every 3 months, and the membrane every 2 years, regardless of how frequently the machine is used. Note: If the machine is not used regularly, a short filtration cycle should be run every two months to preserve membrane quality.

How to Replace the Resin Inside the Bottle?

All Qleen By Guialto Pure Water bottles are equipped with a sensor that monitors the resin’s filtration level. When the sensor indicates that filtration is no longer sufficient, it’s time to replace the resin.

Note: Resin should be replaced when the sensor shows:

• 50 microsiemens for window cleaning
• 100 microsiemens for solar panel cleaning

It’s very simple! Just empty the used resin into a container and take it to a collection point, such as a local recycling center. Then, rinse the inside of the bottle with water and refill it with new resin.
