Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 10 to 15 days after receipt of payment, allowing our company time to manufacture your custom pack. Packages are shipped via our approved carrier and delivered against signature. Depending on the total weight of the order, packages may also be shipped on a Euro pallet via a specialized carrier. In this case, they are delivered against signature, with the empty Euro pallet returned to the carrier.

We pay special attention to protecting items during transport. The rotary cleaning brushes are delivered in metal transport cases. The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
